I believe that there are certain moments and situations in our lives where we undergo forms of heart break. Sometimes it is something that happens to us, and other times our hearts break for others as we, often helplessly, watch what is happening to them. It is during these broken heart moments that rivers of life can pour forth. From out of our inner most beings there is the swell of love, life, compassion, empathy, and a connect from our depths to theirs.
